Business Analyst
Trustfund Pensions Limited a leading Pension Fund Administrator (PFA) in Nigeria needs a tech savvy, creative and innovative individual for the position of a Business Analyst in its Business Development & Marketing Department.

JOB TITLE: Business Analyst.
LOCATION: Abuja
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in any discipline.
- Master’s degree and professional qualifications are added advantages.
- 5 years and above cognate experience as a Business Analyst.
- In-depth understanding of the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Analytical and critical thinking.
- Ability to use business intelligence tools to create reports and dashboards.
- A working knowledge of the SQL database.
- A working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent presentation skills.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing, and implementing solutions.
- Partake in the preparation of Business Development & Marketing strategy document and using data analysis to point the team to areas of focus for successful results.
- Measure the number of market trends identified and the rate of growth in revenue from sales, over a specific period in order to set and forecast realistic sales and revenue goals.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Measure the number of leads obtained, the sales opportunities identified and possible chances of sales growth.
- Measure the quality of lead generated that translated to sales.
- Analyzing marketing efficiency by justifying marketing budgets for planning of effective marketing strategies.
- Analyze the marketing effect of our Return On Investment (ROI) on our marketing activities by benchmarking our performance with peer PFAs.
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Measure product and marketing effort effectiveness and ascertain user acceptability or success.
