Onyilokwu, Andrew Ochofie

Onyilokwu, Andrew Ochofie is a Chartered Accountant with over 26 years industry experience, mainly in the banking industry. He graduated with a B.Sc in Accounting from the University of Jos in 1991. He commenced his working career with Hassan Nakpodia & Co (Chartered Accountants) in Lagos in 1992 from where he moved to FSB International Bank Plc. Andrew later worked with International Trust Bank Plc, Fidelity Bank Plc, Unity Bank Plc and served as Managing Director at Doorway Associates Limited. At various times, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Fidelity Bank Plc as well as Unity Bank Plc. He also served as Chief Inspector at International Trust Bank Plc and Unity Bank Plc. He has extensive experience in financial control, financial reporting, internal audit, corporate finance and banking operations.

Andrew is also an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife (MBA) and Lagos Business School (SMP). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIBN) as well as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). Andrew has attended many training courses in many great institutions including Harvard Business School, University of Chicago Booth Business School, Wharton Business School, Columbia Business School, Kellogg School of Management and Stanford Graduate School of Business.
